Margaret JeanARMITAGEOn 16th December 2024, peacefully at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, Margaret aged 91 years of Sandymount, Crosland Moor and late of Kirkheaton. Margaret was a retired Missionary Nurse and founder of Leprosy Clinics in Thailand for over 45 years. The dearly loved sister of the late Robert Armitage, sister in law of Jane, a much loved and special auntie of Catherine, Helen and Claire and great auntie to Stephanie, John, Rebecca, Shane, Chloe, Michael and William and a good friend to all who knew her.

Funeral service at the United Church, Kirkheaton on Tuesday 14th January at 12noon followed by a private cremation. Family flowers only please. Donations if wished are to be shared between OMF International UK and Guide Dogs for the Blind c/o Radcliffe Funeral Service, The Lindens, New Road, Kirkheaton, HD5 0JB or online at radcliffefuneralservice.co.uk - obituaries. A donation box will be available at the service. Will friends please accept this intimation and meet at the Church.
